“Light vibrations of color envelop the thoughts of those who depart for distant places and dreams, in a kaleidoscope of transparencies.” In 2022, Jacopo Foggini celebrates his decades-long collaboration with MGM with an installation for Malpensa Airport in Milan. The project was to involve the walkway leading to the international flight gates. Jacopo Foggini proposes polycarbonate slats, applied to the side windows, extruded with a special technique that blends a wide variety of colors within a single element. The result is a thousand reflections of color that are released into the space, interacting with the ambient light.
