A project for a private villa in Cervia is structured around three elements: a jellyfish, hexagons, and Ella chairs. The latter, among the most iconic pieces in the Jacopo Foggini collection for Edra, are placed at the base of a staircase illuminated by a transparent Medusa, reflecting its light, used by vertical braids composed of cylindrical polycarbonate modules, which join in an embrace around the central light fixture. The hexagons, on the other hand, are backlit gold polycarbonate panels with contrasting textures, set in a hexagonal metal frame, illuminating one of the upper rooms of the house.
